Skaters share favorite holiday traditions, memories

With the competitive season at its peak, the holidays offer skaters the perfect opportunity to take a short break, catch their breath and spend quality time with family and friends.

Many skaters can't wait to return home and take part in longstanding family traditions such as attending church, playing a fun card game or opening gifts in the wee hours of the morning.

In this holiday package of sorts, skaters talk about their favorite holiday traditions, as well as recount some of their most memorable holiday moments.

Happy holidays and enjoy!
