March 2008Made for TVWhile a writers' strike may have impacted some of NBC's primetime shows, the network couldn't have scripted more dramatic programming than the 2008 U.S. Championships in Saint Paul, Minn. For a solid week - Jan. 20-27 - the top figure skaters in the land put on a show that left fans at the Xcel Energy Center and at home craving more spins, spirals and Axels.
