Favorite skaters:
I love Sasha Cohen because of her flexibility and presentation. I also love Brian Boitano because of his creative moves and programs.
How often I skate:
I skate six days a week, two to three hours a day.
How I got started:
I started when I was 5 years old because my brother was always at the rink for hockey, and I loved to watch the figure skaters.
Favorite jumps/moves:
I love the Axel, and I'm working on jumps up to the double Axel and triple Salchow. I also like combination jumps and the flying camel.
Favorite skating moment:
My favorite skating moment was when I made the final rounds at the U.S. Junior Championships for ice dancing.
Goals:
I want to get my gold medal in dance, moves in the field and freestyle. I would love to make the top 10 at the U.S. Junior Championships in freestyle and master my double Axel and triple Salchow by the end of the year.
What else you should know about me:
I play the saxophone and violin. I am a high honor student and a two-time national competitor in ice dancing. I am a junior coach for Skate Great Inc. I love to take ballet and play lacrosse.
