Home club: Glenwood FSC
Favorite skaters: Timothy Goebel and Michelle Kwan
How often I skate: I skate with my team each week and have weekly lessons. Sometimes I skate with my brother.
How I got started: My rink offered eight-week classes through my neighborhood recreation department. I have skated year-round ever since I was 5 years old.
Favorite jumps/moves: Double toe loop
Favorite skating moment: My favorite skating moment is when I received silver in pre-pre II at the Illinois State Championships in 2002.
Goals: My goals are to learn more about figure skating and to try to do the best I can.
What else you should know about me: I received a Presidential Academic Award in April 2004. My drawing, “Something's Fishy,” was featured at my school for the month of January 2003. I was also one of 14 students chosen to participate at my school's fifth and sixth grade math Olympiad Team in 2004.
