| Victoria Wahlquist |
Age: 11
Home club: Roseville FSC
Skating level: Preliminary free skate, Pre-juvenile moves and Freestyle 6
Coach: Kaylyn McDaniel
How often do you skate?: Three days a week
How long have you skated?: Five years
Favorite jumps/moves: The double toe, and I also like the double loop, which I'm working on getting consistent
Favorite skating moment: Getting first place in my family spotlight that I did with my sister, Elizabeth, and my coach in California
Favorite skaters: Sasha Cohen, because she was so nice when I met her in California. I also like Timothy Goebel, Rene Inoue and John Baldwin.
Goals: To get my gold in both moves and freestyle, and to land a triple
What else you should know about me: I like to play the piano and the oboe. I live on a dairy farm in Baldwin, Wis. My favorite subject in school is art, and I love to read books about horses. I would also like to own a Volkswagon Bug someday because it has my initals (VW).
