Club/level: Bismarck FSC (North Dakota)/Intermediate
Coach: Rebecca Gallion
Team members: Aubrie Anderson, Callie Beauchamp, Kristen Bortke, Emily Brandt, Alicia Fettig, Jenna Goecke, Kayla Grewatz, Olivia Heintz, Samantha Huss, Andrea Markwart, Selena Morris, Annie Nelson, Katie Nelson, Miriah Olzweski, Katie Stumpf, Chelsey Vetter
Team rituals: We say the Lord's Prayer before we compete. We also go out for team dinners the night before competition, and we like to decorate signs for our teammates.
What makes Line Creek FSC special? We have a wonderful, dedicated coach, and we are like one big family. We all love each other and know we have someone there for us. We range in age from 9-14.
Team goals: Our goals are to go to sectionals in the next couple of years. We want to stick together all through high school and stay friends.
What is the best part of being on a synchronized team? We love to travel together and go to competitions and get pumped up! Practices are so fun. We work hard but laugh, too. Making so many friends and having fun doing it makes it all worth it.
What are some of your favorite memories? Going to Maplewood, Minn., for our first bus trip together and cheering the whole way there. It's also great having the older team, Vitesse, cheer for us when we skate. We also like it when our coach brings her baby, Brooklyn, to practice.
