| Crystallettes |
Club/level: Beginner
Coach: Stacy Holland
Team members: Valerie Cornett, Rawan Hammoud, Samantha Houmani, Olivia Jackson, Marissa Munoz, Faith Spitznagel, Paige Spitznagel, Rachel Teets and Elena Welker.
Team rituals: We just began and really haven't had a chance to establish team rituals.
What makes the Crystalletets special? Being a beginner Crystallette, we get a chance to look up to the older skaters. The senior team does an awesome job of making the younger skaters feel special. The beginner team loves the seniors.
Team goals: To keep improving their skating skills and to have fun.
What is the best part of being on a synchronized team? Being together. They really do love each other. They are all new synchronized skaters and they are all experiencing the same thing for the first time.
What are some of your favorite memories? Well, we just began so I would say our first competition at Dr. Porter. They wanted to know when they could do it again.
