What makes the Ice Angels special? We have worked really hard over the past few years to become a U.S. Figure Skating synchronized skating team. We all attend different schools and have other interests outside the team. We have enjoyed learning and growing together, but we never lose sight of having fun and sticking together as a team.
Team goals: We are competing at Easterns in Rhode Island this year and we are working really hard to do well. We hope to one day be able to participate at the national competitive level.
What is the best part of being on a synchronized team? It is great getting to know all of your teammates. This has been the best year yet. We have a lot of fun cheering for our other three teams which are U.S. Figure Skating pre-juvenile, ISI youth and ISI senior youth during competitions.
What are some of your favorite memories?Placing first at the 2007 Richmond Synchronicity competition; we all had a great time. We all have fun participating in team-building activities.
