Educational Adult Skating Videos

The U.S. Figure Skating Adult Skating Committee has released an educational resource material geared exclusively toward the adult skater. This series of instructional videos demonstrates the entire sequence of adult moves-in-the-field (MIF) tests from the adult pre-bronze to the adult gold level. Along with the video of each MIF, there are accompanying slides which instruct the skater and coach on the emphasis and goal for each specific MIF.

This resource was made possible through the generous contribution of multiple facilities and through the dedication and volunteer support of multiple individuals. The Adult Skating Committee and U.S. Figure Skating express a heartfelt "thank you" to the following persons and facilities.
