U.S. Figure Skating Member Services
Welcome to the U.S. Figure Skating Member Services area of U.S. Figure Skating Online. It is here that everything involving U.S. Figure Skating membership is handled, from updating members' testing to records maintenance to sanctioning to actual membership registration and renewal. So what does that entail? At the end of the 2001-02 season, there were more than 65,000 regular U.S. Figure Skating members and 100,000 members enrolled in the U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills Program. In addition, there are more than 600 U.S. Figure Skating clubs and 800 Basic Skills clubs.
To handle the workload, there are eight full-time Member Services employees and at least one temporary worker at all times. Please feel free to contact us regarding anything having to do with your U.S. Figure Skating membership, including the Members Only site, registration, SKATING magazine subscriptions, and sanctioning of performances and competitions.
Also, be sure to visit the Information Center (staffed by the department) on the concourse of major U.S. Figure Skating events such as Smart Ones Skate America and the State Farm U.S. Figure Skating Championships.
The Members Only web site lets U.S. Figure Skating members to do many things over the Internet, such as membership and event registration, viewing member profiles and test results, and more. Let us know whenever you are having problems with the Members Only site.
The Member Services area has a few new features, including the latest tests passed. We'll also let you know when forms are updated and added, and when certain deadlines are approaching. Be sure and check back often to catch the latest news and notes for U.S. Figure Skating members.
