(10/2/12) - In the aftermath of World War II, Barbara Ann captured the hearts of North American fans and those abroad with her athleticism, style and grace. She will be remembered for her many contributions to the sport of figure skating. While she maintained a strong connection to Ottawa and to Canadian figure skating, Barbara Ann moved to the United States in 1955 and made it her home.
