Team USA Earns Two Medals at JGP Poland

(9/23/13) - Team USA added two medals this weekend at JGP Poland, including another gold medal.

Angela Wang now has a JGP medal of every color in her career as she earned silver with 152.36 points. Wang was second after the short program with 58 points and racked up points in her free skate as she opened with a triple Lutz-triple toe-double toe combination. Wang will hope for another JGP medal and a trip back to the JGP Final, as she accomplished last season.

Kaitlin Hawayek and Jean-Luc Baker have earned a trip to the JGP Final with their second gold medal of the series. The duo impressively earned 144.84 total points, earning the top score in both the short and free dances. With their point total, Hawayek and Baker now own the top score for any dance couple on the JGP seires this season.
