2. Approved the president’s appointment of the following persons as members of the Compensation Committee for 2013-14:

  • Hal Marron (chair)
  • Lainie DeMore
  • Lindsey Weber (athlete)
  • Warren Naphtal (ex-officio)

3. Approved the following national promotion:
