February 12, 2011
The Board of Directors took the following actions:
1. APPROVED the 2011-12 budget, as amended at the meeting.
2. APPROVED the four-year business plan.
3. APPROVED to amend the minutes from November 6 to clarify that the approval of the dues increase was rescinded until the Feb. 12 board meeting and the board's approval of the four-year business plan.
4. APPROVED the membership dues increases starting with FY 2012 (starting July 1, 2011) as discussed at the November 6 board meeting during the presentation of the preliminary draft of the four-year business plan and set forth in the table below.

- Select club dues are increased, beginning in Y1, as follows:
- Fewer than 100 - no increase (remains $50)
100 but fewer than 200 - $200
200 but fewer than 300 - $300
300 but fewer than 400 - $400
400 or more - $500
- Collegiate club and school/affiliated member dues are not increased.
- Introductory member dues are not increased.
- Collegiate member dues are not increased.
5. APPROVED the motion to submit the bylaw change to eliminate the USOC Representative position and to have the President represent U.S. Figure Skating in USOC matters.
6. APPROVED a provisional sanction for:
2012 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships, The SC of Boston, Worcester, Mass., March 7-10 2012.
