REPORT OF ACTION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
March 8, 2011
The Board of Directors took the following actions:
1. APPROVED the Athlete Selection Procedure for the 2012 Youth Winter Olympics.
2. APPROVED the Team Leaders Selection Procedure for the 2012 Youth Winter Olympics.
3. APPROVED the Olympic Team Leader Selection Procedure for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games.
4. APPROVED the Standing Rules as amended in items 4 and 17-25.
5. APPROVED the board's submission to the Governing Council of proposed amendments to bylaw Article IX as discussed on the call.
6. APPROVED the board's submission to the Governing Council of proposed amendments to bylaw Article VII to change the address of the secretary to that of U.S. Figure Skating headquarters.
7. APPROVED the provisional sanction for 2012 National Theatre On Ice to be hosted by the Greater Cleveland SC in Strongsville, Ohio (exact dates to be determined).
8. APPROVED the list of recommendations to the ISU's Frankfurt Seminar to test for technical panel appointments as follows:
- ISU technical specialist for singles: Jason Dungjen
- International technical specialist for pairs: Whitney Gaynor
- International technical controller for pairs: Deveny Deck
- International technical controller for dance: Shawn Rettstatt
Names will be submitted to the ISU for attendance at the Frankfurt Seminar and, if accepted, each will take a test at the end of the seminar to receive the appointments.
