The Board of Directors took the following actions:
1. APPROVED the nomination of Kevin Rosenstein to the ISU for the position of international singles/pairs judge as recommended by the International Judges and Officials Committee.
2. APPROVED changes to the 2012 Youth Winter Olympics athlete selection document recommended by the USOC.
3. APPROVED the amended Foundation Spending Policy.
