The Board of Directors took the following actions:
1. APPROVED: the team leader selection procedure form for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games.
2. APPROVED the following nominations to the USOC for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games:
- Team Manager/Technical Advisor for Single & Pairs, Kathy Slack
- Team Manager/Technical Advisor for Dance, John Millier
- Team Leader, Mitch Moyer
- Alternate Team Manager/Technical Advisors: Tina Lundgren, Singles & Pairs; Jenny Mast, Dance
3. APPROVED an amendment to Rule 2621 to identify technical panel level requirements for IJS at adult sectional championships.
4. APPROVED the competition entry fees for the U.S. Collegiate Championships, Regional Championships, Sectional Championships, Adult Sectional Championships, U.S. Adult Championships and Synchronized Sectional Championships as submitted by the chair of the Competitions Committee.
5. APPROVED the requested change of dates in the provisional sanction for 2012 National Showcase to Aug. 9-11, 2012; Carlsbad, Calif.; Escondido FSC. (Sanction was originally approved for Aug. 2-4, 2012.)
6. APPROVED a provisional sanction for the 2012 U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships; April 10-14, 2012; Bensenville, Ill.; Skating Council of Illinois.
