The Board of Directors took the following actions:
1. APPROVED a final sanction for the 2011 U.S. Collegiate Figure Skating Championships; July 21 to 24, 2011; Sun Valley, Idaho, Sun Valley FSC.
2. APPROVED a provisional sanction for 2012 National Showcase; August 2-4, 2012; Carlsbad, Calif.; Escondido FSC.
3. APPROVED the change of dates in the provisional sanction for the 2012 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships to Feb. 29-March 3, 2012, Worcester, Mass.; The SC of Boston. (Sanction was originally approved for March 7-10, 2012.)
