U.S. FIGURE SKATING
REPORT OF ACTION
taken by the
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
February 18, 2012

The Board of Directors took the following actions:

1. APPROVED an amendment to the U.S. Figure Skating Spending Policy to set limits on annual distributions.

2. APPROVED changes to the Travel Policy, dated March 2012, including amendments for VIK (value in kind) and hotel parking.

3. APPROVED the final sanction for the 2012 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships, Worcester, Mass., The SC of Boston, Feb. 29-March 3, 2012.

4. ACCEPTED a memorial resolution honoring Honorary Executive Committee member Howard Taylor for his many years of service to U.S. Figure Skating. Mr. Taylor passed away on Feb. 5, 2012.
