The Board of Directors took the following actions:

1. APPROVED the proposed budget for fiscal year 2013.

2. APPROVED that Salt Lake Figure Skating be awarded a provisional sanction to host, in conjunction with U.S. Figure Skating, a U.S. Senior B International competition, Sept. 12-16, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
