The Board of Directors took the following actions:

1. Approved Boston, Mass., as the site of the 2014 U.S. Championships.

2. APPROVED a final sanction for 2012 National Showcase; August 2-4, 2012; Carlsbad, Calif.; Escondido FSC.

3. APPROVED a final sanction for the 2012 U.S. Collegiate Figure Skating Championships; August 15-18, 2012; South Dennis, Mass.; Yarmouth Ice Club.
