The Board of Directors took the following actions:

1. APPROVED a provisional sanction for the 2013 U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships; April 9-13, 2013; Scottsdale, Ariz.; Coyotes SC of Arizona.

2. APPROVED a provisional sanction for the 2014 U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships; April 8-12, 2014; Hyannis, Mass.; Yarmouth Ice Club.

3. APPROVED the IJOC recommendation that two candidates take the exam to become international dance judge in 2013 and that those candidates be Kathaleen Kelly Cutone and Eric Hampton.
