The Board of Directors took the following actions:

1. ACCEPTED the revised Olympic selection procedures for Athletes (dated September 19, 2012) and Coaches (dated April 11, 2012). (These will be sent to the USOC for their final approval.)

2. APPROVED a final sanction for the 2012 Hilton HHonors Skate America; Oct. 17-21, 2012; Seattle/Kent, Wash.
