The U.S. Figure Skating Rulebook is the official publication for all the association's rules and bylaws. This publication contains all test diagrams and test information that was previously included in a separate publication. The rulebook can be viewed online, downloaded and printed from your personal computer or saved to a data storage device (eg., thumb, jump, flash drive, etc.) for printing at your local copy center. The rulebook can also be accessed free of charge through the U.S. Figure Skating Publications App using IOS, Android and Kindle mobile devices; just click on "Rulebook/Directory" and download the rulebook to your mobile device.

The online version of the rulebook is the most current version and reflects all known corrections to the edited date.
NEW 5/4/19: The 2018-19 Combined Report of Action details all bylaw and rule changes made through the past year (May 6, 2018, through May 4, 2019) by the Board of Directors and Governing Council. The applicable changes have been incorporated into the 2019-20 rulebook (below). Click here to view the report.
