U.S. Synchronized Skating Teams Travel to Rouen, France, for 2019 French Cup

(1/31/19) – Team USA will send three synchronized skating teams to Rouen, France, to compete in the 2019 French Cup. The event is scheduled for Feb. 1-3.

Adrian College
is the sole senior team representing Team USA in France. The Bulldogs are making their first international appearance of the season. The Michigan-based team won their first international medal last season, capturing silver at 2018 Trophy D’Ecosse.

The U.S. will send two junior teams to compete for a spot on the podium in France. Fresh off a silver medal performance at Mozart Cup,
Skyliners Junior will perform for the second time this season. Last season, the reigning U.S. junior champions claimed the silver medal at this event. Lexettes will compete in their second straight event in France. The team was also on the podium for the 2018 event, claiming the bronze medal.
